FACULTY OF MECHANICAL - AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING

1. OVERVIEW

The Faculty of Automotive Engineering is a key specialized faculty within the College’s overall development strategy. Its goal is to train high-quality human resources in the field of automotive technology who possess strong moral character, a sense of responsibility, community awareness, and a professional industrial working style. Students are equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in automotive technology, scientific thinking, creativity, and the ability to pursue lifelong learning. Graduates are capable of working in various fields, including: vehicle operation and maintenance, technical services, management of auto parts and accessories production and assembly, and efficiency improvement of vehicle usage.
The Faculty is staffed with highly qualified and experienced lecturers and staff. All faculty members hold at least a university degree, with over 95% holding a Master’s degree. They are enthusiastic, dedicated to teaching, and committed to student success.
Facilities:
In recent years, the Faculty has received significant investment from the College, amounting to billions of VND, for the modernization of its training equipment. Key facilities include:

Modern gasoline and diesel electronic fuel injection engines
Advanced diagnostic and testing equipment, such as:

High-pressure fuel pump calibration system
Wheel balancing machine
Emission testing system
Wheel alignment and angle measurement system
Oscilloscope
Engine diagnostic tools
Automotive electrical system diagnostic equipment

In addition, students train directly on modern vehicles such as Toyota Hiace, Isuzu D-max, KIA Morning, and Toyota Vios.
